High School  Performance Training 
 

7th-12th graders of all sports. Small group training focusing on, 

  • Explosiveness

  • Running form 

  • Strength and conditioning training

  • Plyometrics

  • Agilities

  • Mobility

  • Weight lifting

  • Pre-habilitation

This program requires attendance of 3-4 times per week to achieve the best RESULTZ.
