Schedule

High School

  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday 7 AM-8:15 AM

  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday 1:30 PM-2:45 PM

  • Monday-Thursday 4:30 PM-5:45 PM

College ONLY

  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday 10-11:15 AM

Running Program

  • Tuesday/Thursday 7:45 AM-8:45 AM

We recommend 3 to 4 times per week. You don't have to stick to the exact times every week, but we're asking you to schedule for the week and cancel if you are not coming. All classes are first-come, first-serve, so please book early. The running program will start at 7:45 AM sharp at Coppermine Norris field. The strength training class will take place 15mins after at Coppermine Fitness club. Transportation will be provided to athletes without a ride back to the club for strength training. ALL ATHLETES MUST PRE-REGISTER FOR ALL CLASSES. NO DROP-INS.
