YOUTH AND MIDDLE SCHOOL TRAINING
Designed to teach basic athletic skills such as skipping, galloping, hopping, and jumping to youth ages 8-13 in a fun and positive atmosphere. One of the primary focuses of each session is FUN! The athletes are introduced to:

Correcting running form

Start and acceleration techniques

Multi-directional techniques

HIGH-SCHOOL AND COLLEGE-AGE TRAINING
Consists of 60-minutes sessions intended to progressively increase the participant's total athletic performance by increasing:

Speed and change of directions

Class size 4:1 and requires attendance of 2-3 times per week to achieve the best RESULTZ

RESULTZ FITNESS (ADULT TRAINING)
Created for adult sports-enthusiasts and anyone who wants to take their fitness to the next level through increased performance. Fat and weight loss could be additional benefits. The approach used:

Increases flexibility, strength, power coordination and balance

Reduces body fat and increases lean muscle (with proper nutrition) to increase general overall fitness level
