Created for adults (40+) who are prioritizing their health. Our bodies change as we get older and your workouts do too.

This program requires attendance of 2-3 times per week to achieve the best RESULTZ

FIT AND FABULOUS

A semi-private training group, similar to our adult fitness classes.

  • Reduces the potential for injury

  • Increases flexibility, strength, power coordination and balance

  • Challenging HITT and Tabata workouts

  • Focusing on strength and cardio 

  • Reduces body fat and increases lean muscle (with proper nutrition) to improve general overall fitness level

 

This program requires attendance 2 times per week.
