SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING (ADULT)
Our Semi private training sessions are similar to our larger group training session. The only difference is the class size is 5:1.

Reduces the potential for injury
Reduces body fat and increases lean muscle (with proper nutrition) to increase general overall fitness level
Increases stabilization and coordination
This program requires attendance of 2-3times per week to achieve the best RESULTZ
