Christopher Palmer


Chris Palmer has been training for more than 32 years and is certified by the National Strength and Condition Association, United States of America Weightlifting, and United States of America Track and Field. Chris also served eight years in the United States Marine Corp and is a Gulf War veteran.


Keeping current with new developments in exercise physiology and nutrition data, Chris is also affiliated with a number of health and wellness, and fitness associations throughout Maryland and in Pennsylvania. He has the knowledge, experience and training (with more than 25 years experience in sports performance training) to help his clients build muscle, burn fat, and become stronger and healthier. Chris seeks to improve the health of American families through proper nutrition and exercise. He and his family reside in Pennsylvania.
